Sideline Cheerleading
Our RRL Jr Indians Cheer Team proudly cheers sideline for our Jr Indians Football Team here in Roscoe & Rockton
This program starts in 1st grade and continues through 8th grade.
Participants learn the ins and outs of cheering on the sidelines, stunting, jumps, chants, and entertain the crowd with their halftime routine.
We have fun while learning the fundamentals of cheer and the teamwork needed for a successful youth cheer program.
Practices are held from 5:30 pm -7 pm on Tuesday and Thursdays and begin the last week of July. Practices may go down to an only Thursday practice during the season. Practices are held at the Rockton Athletic Fields.
All youth will be placed on a team. Teams are divided by grade levels or mixed teams may be assembled for parents with multiple children in the football/cheer program.
Most football games are on Saturdays. Game schedules are not released until August.
Cheerleaders will participate in the Fall Festival Parade.
Cheerleaders will have the option to participate in the RRL Jr Indians Night at HCHS.
Coaches will take attendance for all practices and games.
Home games will be played at Riverside Park in Roscoe or at the Rockton Athletic Fields
